被法国地铁(RATP)误扣款了,想和鬼子沟通下,各位同学看看可行否?

在巴黎用信用卡买地铁票没成功,还是旁边的工作人员帮忙操作的,最后排长队人工买票,但回国后信用卡有扣款,虽然钱不算多,25欧,但吞不下这口气,所以查了一个ratp的邮件地址cil-ratp@ratp.fr,花了一上午的时间,写了沟通信,多年不搞英语,水平太烂,请各位同学帮忙看看,准备先沟通,再拒付.
估计成功希望不大,工商银行的信用卡(网上一堆不良的拒付评价)

Dear Sir or Madam:
       RATP has a charge on my credit card and I am sure the consumption was not successful, I want you to investigate and give me a refund as soon as possible.
       From August 12 to August 22, my family,my wife、my child(ten years old) and I,traveled in Europe. August 20, we took the train from Frankfurt to Paris(ICE 9556), arrived in Paris eastern station at noon, we plan to buy 10 adult tickets and 10 child tickets in the POS machine.The operation is not successful,The employees of RATP who I asked him to help telled me that I had to buy the ticket with coins.finally we had to wait in line and buy the ticket from the artificial windows.
      When I returned my country, I found my credit card on a charge of 25 euro's, I think it must be a mistake.  
     Please help me or forward my mail to the person who can deal with，expect your reply

不成功俺就换银行

听你的

这种事肯定应找银行，银行会负责查的。不过，你用工行，恭喜，这个行不会帮你什么忙。在国内都与商家勾结不经我认可直接扣费（后补回钱了），在国外更不会为你有所作为的。

唯一的建议是换银行。

支付网关是工商银行，应该先找工行协商吧…

出国我租车,订房都是冻结的,但是都没有扣款记录,就这个有.....

按道理交易失败,对方只是冻结你的额度,到期自动解冻,你要首先看信用卡出帐没有,以出帐为准.

10张成人票和10张小朋友票

看不明白什么是10 adult tickets and 10 child tickets, 如果楼主有票最好扫描一下附上，说明重复扣了

应该是找收款方还是找银行？
